Jaime Tanksley

Jaime joined the Rook Insurance team in 2026 as the Agency Development Coordinator. She works behind the scenes to help keep the agency organized, improve processes, and make sure every customer receives consistent follow-up and never falls through the cracks. Jaime takes pride in helping create a smooth experience for both the Rook Insurance team and its clients.

Jaime met her husband while they were in high school in 2021, and they welcomed their first baby in May of 2026. Their family also includes two dogs, Lacey and Lorelai, who are the perfect combination of poised and crazy and keep life entertaining.

When she’s not working, Jaime enjoys spending time with her family and friends and making the most of time with the people she loves.
