Caitlin has been an integral member of the Rook Insurance Family for the past six years, holding licenses in personal lines, commercial, and life insurance. In 2016, she completed her bachelor’s degree in journalism with a focus on Public Relations from the University of Memphis. Caitlin, along with her husband Carter, calls Memphis, TN their home, where they share their lives with their two furry companions, Wrigley and Polly. When Caitlin isn’t at the office, you can often find her at the dog park, embarking on beach getaways, or cherishing moments with her loved ones. Caitlin consistently surpasses expectations, going the extra mile to provide exceptional care for our clients at the Lakeland office.
