Caitlin White

Caitlin has been an integral part of the Rook Insurance team since 2017 and has continually expanded her knowledge of insurance throughout her career. As the Director of Operations, she oversees the day-to-day workflow of the agency, supports the team, and helps keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. Caitlin is licensed in personal, commercial, life, and health insurance and takes pride in providing top notch service to our clients. She also manages the agency’s social media, combining creativity with industry expertise. She is a University of Memphis alum where she met her husband Carter. They just welcomed their first baby boy in April of 2025, and life is beautifully chaotic with him and their two dogs, Wrigley and Polly. When she’s not working, you can find her on a trip to the beach or catching up with friends and family.
