Ms. Amy Wilson joined the Rook Insurance Family almost three years ago and has since become a vital asset to the team. Prior to embarking on her insurance career in 2020, Amy dedicated 21 years to the Kroger Company, steadily progressing to a management position. Her extensive background in customer service has ingrained in her the importance of prioritizing clients’ needs and upholding a strong sense of professionalism on their behalf. As a result, our clients in the Covington office wholeheartedly recommend her services to their friends and loved ones. Amy currently resides in Ripley, TN with her two children, Jessie, and Jake. During her leisure time, she enjoys traveling, cherishing moments with her family, and indulging in the occasional Netflix binge.
