Our newest edition to the Covington location is Susan Elam. Susan resides in Brighton, TN with her husband Rodger. She has two children that have provided her with two beautiful grandchildren as well as three step-children and five step-grandchildren. Susan has worked in banking for 42 years where she has gained her impeccable customer service skills. In her spare time, Susan enjoys going fishing and attending horse shows. We are glad to have her on our team here at Elizabeth Rook Insurance.
